As you could read just some days ago, the Curious Horse turned black and now the question was: What in the world should I do with him? I love the combination of black and gold and was thinking about how to make tiny gold spots on his body when I suddenly remembered something I had read in the Winter 2016 issue of The Polymer Arts.
In an article in this magazine Debbie Crothers had described how you could use rock salt to press gold leaf metal into clay to make golden crevices.
I had a soft black horse, I had rock salt and I had gold leafs so I started pressing the salt pebbles into the little horse.
