Ideas on how to create my horses can come from many directions. The idea for the horse that you are about to follow the creation of came while I was watching TV, waiting for the Swedish Song Contest on a Saturday night. I do not really remember exactly what it was that gave me the idea, but suddenly I got the idea of a black horse that kind of opened up, showing the bright colors inside. I imagined how the mane would continue over the back, all the way to the tail, and that all this would have about the same shape.
To remember the idea I grabbed a notepad to make a quick sketch, primarily as a support for my memory, while the image inside my head turned into a very proud black horse with an inner glow.
